Talk: Lettering Landmarks x London Craft Week at Fulham Palace
WHEN: Thursday 15th May 2025 TIME: 17:30 - 20:00 WHERE: Fulham Palace,Bishop's Ave, London SW6 6EA
On Thursday 15th May at 6:00 pm, as part of London Craft Week, the Lettering Arts Trust will give a talk entitled ‘London’s Lettered Landmarks’, in the delightful gallery at Fulham Palace.
So much goes unnoticed and this fascinating talk will encourage people to look up and see the multitude of inscriptions on buildings, monuments and in some rather unusual places.
Drinks will be served after the talk, when you will be able to look around our exhibition of The Nereids, depictions of sea goddesses, carved in stone, metal and wood.
The talk is free, but please book so that we have an idea of numbers.
